Mary Ann Perez

Mary Ann Perez is an American politician serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 144. First elected in 2012, she has represented parts of Harris County across multiple terms. Outside of her legislative duties, Perez is a business owner who operates an insurance agency. She previously served as a member of the board of trustees for Houston Community College and is recognized for her focus on appropriations and special purpose districts during her tenure in the state legislature.
