Mary Maingi

Mary Maingi is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Member of the National Assembly for the Mwea constituency. Elected in 2022 as a candidate for the United Democratic Alliance, she made history as the only woman elected to parliament from Kirinyaga County in that cycle. Maingi holds degrees from the Catholic University of West Africa. Beyond her legislative duties, she is active in local community development, including educational infrastructure projects and the organization of regional sports tournaments.
