小泉 勝

Masaru Koizumi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Niigata Prefectural Assembly, representing the Mitsuke electoral district. First elected to the assembly in 2019 and re-elected for a second term in 2023, he is affiliated with the Liberal Niigata faction. Within the assembly, he serves on the Committee on Parliamentary Management, the Committee on Construction and Public Safety, and the Special Committee on Disaster Prevention and Decarbonization.
