Matt Lockett

Matt Lockett is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 39th district since 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Murray State University and a Master of Arts from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before his legislative career, he worked as a financial adviser and served as a director within the Kentucky Department of Insurance. Lockett previously chaired the Jessamine County Republican Party and remains active in local community organizations.
