Matteo Gelmetti

Matteo Gelmetti is an Italian politician currently serving as a member of the Senate of the Republic. He began his political career at the age of 15 with the Youth Front and has held various local government positions in Verona, including serving as a district councilor and president. A member of the Brothers of Italy party, he previously served as the vice president of the board of directors for Veronafiere. Gelmetti was elected to the Senate in 2022 representing the multi-member constituency of Padua-Verona-Vicenza, where he advocates for technological development and smart city initiatives.
