Maxwell Kwame Lukutor is a Ghanaian politician serving as a member of the ninth parliament of the fourth Republic of Ghana for the South Tongu constituency. A professional surveyor, he holds a BSc in Geodetic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration. Before his election to parliament, he served as the president of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors in the Volta Region and held executive roles in the Licensed Surveyors Association of Ghana. He is also the CEO of Global Surveys and the managing director of the Malmaxi Group of Companies.
