Mechket Slama

Mechket Slama is a Tunisian magistrate and politician who has served as the Minister of Finance since February 2025. Before her appointment to the cabinet, she worked as a third-grade judicial magistrate and led the National Commission for Penal Reconciliation. Additionally, she served as a member of the Competition Council under the Ministry of Commerce and Development. Her background in the judiciary and her experience in financial oversight roles have been central to her professional career prior to assuming her current ministerial position.
