Mehmet Güzelmansur is a Turkish politician and mechanical engineer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Hatay. Born in Antakya in 1967, he graduated from Middle East Technical University and later studied in Bradford with a World Bank scholarship. Before his parliamentary career, he worked as a lecturer and entrepreneur in the clean energy sector. He served as a member of the Antakya Municipal Council from 2009 to 2016 and as the Hatay provincial head of the Republican People's Party (CHP) from 2016 to 2018. He is married and a father of two.
