Melissa Wintrow is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Idaho Senate representing the 19th district. Elected in 2020, she previously served in the Idaho House of Representatives from 2014 to 2020. Before entering politics, Wintrow had a career in higher education, notably serving as the first director of the Boise State Women's Center and as an assistant director for residence education at Boise State University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Miami University and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia.
