Michael Joukov is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Baden-Württemberg. Born in Leningrad in 1981, he moved to Ulm at age 13 and later studied economics at the University of Ulm. An entrepreneur in the IT sector, Joukov joined the Green Party in 1999 and served for many years on the Ulm city council. He was first elected to the state parliament in 2021 and secured re-election in 2026. He is noted for being the first politician of Jewish descent to serve in the Baden-Württemberg state parliament.
