Prior to his political career, Aidoo worked as a Pricing and Risk Manager at the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited and held various management roles in the private sector. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Consultancy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science degree from Coventry University.
