Mihhail Kõlvart is an Estonian politician and athlete who has served as the leader of the Centre Party since September 2023. Born in Kyzylorda, Kazakh SSR, and moving to Estonia at a young age, he achieved national and international prominence as a martial artist and taekwondo coach before entering politics. He previously served as the mayor of Tallinn from April 2019 until March 2024 and has been a longtime member of the Riigikogu, actively representing the interests of Tallinn and the Russian-speaking minority.
