Милутин Бутуровић

Milutin Buturović is a Montenegrin politician currently serving as a Minister without Portfolio in the Government of Montenegro. An official of the Europe Now Movement (PES), he assumed his ministerial role during a government reshuffle in July 2024. Prior to his appointment as a minister, he served as the secretary of the PES parliamentary group starting in November 2023. In his current capacity, he has been involved in coordinating inspection oversight and combating the grey economy within the country.
