Miodrag Vuković

Miodrag Vuković was a Montenegrin politician and legal scholar who served as a long-time member of the Parliament of Montenegro. He held a doctorate in law from the University of Montenegro and was recognized for his academic excellence during his studies. Throughout his political career, he served as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Montenegro from 1996 to 1998 and was a prominent member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). Vuković was actively involved in constitutional processes, including work on the constitutional charters of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the state union of Serbia and Montenegro. He passed away on September 15, 2022, in Podgorica at the age of 67.
