Monique Wölk is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Mönchengladbach, she holds a degree in sociology and a doctorate from the University of Kassel, where she was recognized for her research on workplace management. Before entering state politics, she worked in academic research and project coordination, including roles at the University of Greifswald and the 'Demokratie leben' program. Since 2016, she has served in the Greifswalder Bürgerschaft and has been the chair of the DMB Mieterverein Vorpommern-Greifswald since 2018. She assumed her seat in the state parliament in May 2022.
