Moses Wetangula

Moses Wetangula is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the 8th Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya, a position he assumed in September 2022. A long-standing political figure, he previously served as the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Trade, and as a Senator for Bungoma County. As a co-principal of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance and leader of the FORD-Kenya party, he has been a central player in Kenyan national politics for decades. His career includes extensive experience in legal practice and parliamentary leadership, having held roles such as Senate Minority Leader before his election as Speaker.
