Muhammad Sanusi bin Md Nor is a Malaysian politician who has served as the 14th Menteri Besar of Kedah since May 2020 and as the Member of the Kedah State Legislative Assembly for Jeneri since 2018. A prominent member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), he is widely recognized as a key figure in the 'Green Wave' political movement. His tenure has been marked by significant infrastructure development projects, including water treatment plant upgrades and the expansion of the Kedah Rubber City, alongside frequent controversies regarding his rhetoric and strained relations with the federal government. Before entering politics, he worked in education and as an assessment executive.
