Murali Pillai is a Singaporean politician and lawyer who currently serves as a Member of Parliament for the Jurong East–Bukit Batok Group Representation Constituency. Since 2025, he has also held the positions of Senior Minister of State for Transport and Senior Minister of State for Law. A member of the People's Action Party, Pillai previously represented the Bukit Batok Single Member Constituency from 2016 to 2025. Before his full-time political career, he was a prominent commercial litigation lawyer and a partner at Rajah & Tann, and he served in the Singapore Police Force. He is recognized for his focus on social mobility, elderly care, and community engagement.
