HAMZAYEV Naghif Alashraf oglu

Naghif Alashraf oglu Hamzayev is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the First Ganja Constituency No 38. A member of the New Azerbaijan Party, he is actively involved in several parliamentary committees, including the Human Rights Committee, the Counting Commission, and the Committee for Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology. Beyond his domestic legislative duties, Hamzayev contributes to international diplomacy as a member of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly and leads the working group for Azerbaijan-South African Republic interparliamentary relations. He also serves on numerous other bilateral working groups, including those focused on ties with Turkey, Italy, China, and Poland.
