Nana Ayew Afriye

Nana Ayew Afriye is a Ghanaian politician and medical professional serving as the Member of Parliament for the Effiduase-Asokore Constituency in the Ashanti Region. A member of the New Patriotic Party, he currently chairs the Health Committee and serves on the Finance Committee in the Parliament of Ghana. Before entering politics, Dr. Afriye held leadership roles in the healthcare sector, including serving as the CEO of St. Johns Hospital and Fertility and as the Head of Institutional Public Health at Ridge Hospital. He holds multiple degrees in medicine and health economics from institutions including the University of Ghana, Oxford University, and the University of Leeds.
