Nenad Panian

Nenad Panian is a Croatian politician and dentist currently serving as the Mayor of Dugo Selo. Born in 1964 in Zagreb, he graduated from the School of Dental Medicine in 1990 and served as a volunteer in the Croatian War of Independence from 1991 to 1992. After working in Velika Gorica, he established his own private dental practice in Dugo Selo in 1995. Panian entered local politics as an independent candidate, winning his first mayoral term in 2017 and subsequently securing re-election in 2021 and 2025. He is known for his focus on urban development and his vision of transforming Dugo Selo into a modern, thriving city.
