Nenad Popović is a Serbian politician and businessman who serves as minister without portfolio, having previously held the role from 2017 to 2022. Born in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, he graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Machine Engineering and earned his Master's and doctoral degrees from Moscow State University's Faculty of Economics. A former member of the Democratic Party of Serbia, he founded the Serbian People's Party in 2014 and has been active in economic development initiatives regarding Kosovo and Metohija.
