Ángel García Yáñez

Ángel García Yáñez is a Mexican politician currently serving as a Senator of the Republic for the state of Morelos. He previously served as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies from 2015 to 2018 and as a local deputy in the Congress of Morelos from 2012 to 2015. Before his legislative career, he was the municipal president of Zacualpan de Amilpas between 2009 and 2012. Throughout his career, he has been affiliated with the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico, the New Alliance Party, and the Institutional Revolutionary Party. Outside of politics, he has a background as an entrepreneur in the charrería and jaripeo event industry.
