Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa is a Vietnamese politician and General of the Vietnam People's Army. He currently serves as a member of the Politburo of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles, including Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission. Born in 1962 in Tiền Giang, he joined the military in 1979 and has since risen through the ranks, serving in various political and command positions within the military and the party apparatus.
