Nikola Janović

Nikola Janović is a Montenegrin politician and former professional water polo player who currently serves as a member of the Parliament of Montenegro. Before entering politics, he was a highly decorated athlete and captain of the Montenegro men's national water polo team, winning multiple world and European championship medals. Following his retirement from sports in 2016, he transitioned into public service, previously serving as the Minister of Sports and Youth of Montenegro. As a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists, he remains active in national politics, advocating for state interests and addressing local infrastructure issues.
