村田 憲俊

Noritoshi Murata is a Japanese politician who served as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly. Born in Iwanai, Hokkaido, he began his political career as a member of the Iwanai Town Council before being elected to the prefectural assembly. Throughout his tenure, he held various leadership roles within the assembly, including chair of the Budget Subcommittee and vice-chair of the Settlement Subcommittee. He has been affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and focused his legislative work on regional development, disaster prevention, and energy policy in Hokkaido.
