Nurhayat Altaca Kayışoğlu

Nurhayat Altaca Kayışoğlu is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the province of Bursa. A member of the Republican People's Party (CHP), she has been elected to the parliament for four consecutive terms, spanning the 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th legislative periods. Before entering politics, she practiced as a lawyer and was active in the Bursa Bar Association and various civil society organizations. During her parliamentary career, she has served as a member of the Parliamentary Divan and participated in the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking Countries (TÜRKPA). She is currently a member of the National Solidarity, Fraternity and Democracy Commission.
