Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including business development positions in media enterprises, board chair of the 'Ildash' Tatar Ethno-Cultural and Humanitarian Development Center, deputy of the Almaty City Maslikhat, and prominent positions within the Amanat party and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. She is a recipient of multiple state honors, including the Kurmet Order.
