Ohene Kwame Frimpong is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the Asante-Akyem North constituency. An independent candidate, he was elected in the 2024 general elections after defeating the incumbent. Before entering politics, he founded the multimedia company Salt Media GH and launched the food brand Bofrot Puff Puff. Recognized for his community development projects, including the construction of a clinic and a mosque, he has received numerous awards for his entrepreneurial leadership. In May 2026, he was detained by authorities in the Netherlands regarding ongoing legal allegations.
