Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi is an Emirati politician currently serving as the Minister of State for Government Development and Future. She is a prominent figure in the UAE government, having previously served as the world's first Minister of State for Happiness and Wellbeing. In addition to her ministerial duties, she chairs the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources and holds leadership roles in various strategic initiatives, including the Prime Minister’s Office and the World Government Summit. Recognized globally for her contributions to public sector innovation, she was the first Arab member appointed to the UN’s Global Entrepreneurship Council and has been featured on Fortune’s list of the World’s Greatest Leaders.
