Olaf Schenk is a German politician and a member of the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin. Born in 1974 in Berlin-Rudow, he has been a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) since 1991. Before entering the state parliament, he served as a member of the Neukölln district assembly from 2013 to 2023. Schenk, who is a trained master automotive mechatronics technician, successfully won the direct mandate for the Neukölln 6 constituency in the 2023 Berlin state election, defeating incumbent Governing Mayor Franziska Giffey.
