Oleksii Ustenko is a Ukrainian politician and economist serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation. Born in Kyiv, he holds degrees from the Kyiv National Economic University and City University of London. Before his election in 2019, he worked in the private sector, holding leadership positions in agricultural enterprises and initiating various start-up projects. In the Verkhovna Rada, he serves on the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, where he chairs the subcommittee on rent payments and environmental taxes. Ustenko is known for advocating economic protectionism, import substitution, and the development of industrial parks. He also leads the Poltava regional organization of the Servant of the People party.
