Olena Kondratiuk is a Ukrainian politician and state official serving as the Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine since August 2019. A long-standing member of parliament, she has represented the Batkivshchyna party across multiple convocations since 2007. Throughout her career, she has focused on freedom of speech, information policy, and gender equality, notably co-founding the inter-factional parliamentary group 'Equal Opportunities'. She holds a PhD in History and previously worked as a public relations expert. In 2020, she briefly served as the acting Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada.
