Omar Mariam Sheikh is a Kenyan politician and accountant serving as a nominated member of the Senate representing Mandera County. Affiliated with the United Democratic Movement party, she holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kampala University. Prior to her nomination to parliament in 2022, she worked as a management accountant for the Northern Water Service Board and served as the chief executive officer of the Frontier Institute of Professional and Management Studies.
