Pamela Silagan Baricuatro is a Filipino politician and philanthropist who has served as the 28th Governor of Cebu since 2025. A graduate of the University of San Carlos, she previously worked as a flight attendant for Cathay Pacific and founded the Simply Share Foundation in 2015, the first food bank in the Visayas region. During the Duterte administration, she served as a board executive for the Landbank Resource and Development Corporation. Positioning herself as a political outsider and an ally of former President Rodrigo Duterte, she secured an upset victory in the 2025 gubernatorial election. Her administration has prioritized healthcare reform and financial transparency in provincial governance.
