Panagis Kappatos is a Greek lawyer and politician currently serving as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament for Cephalonia. Born in Cephalonia in 1963, he graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1987. Before his election to the national legislature in 2019, he practiced law in Argostoli for decades and served as the President of the Cephalonia Bar Association from 2008 to 2017. His political background includes service as a municipal councilor in Argostoli and as an advisor to the regional governor of the Ionian Islands. In parliament, he has participated in various committees, including those focused on public administration, justice, and regional affairs.
