Panna Lal Singh Patel is an Indian politician from Bihar who currently serves as a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. A four-time MLA, he first entered the assembly in 2000 representing the Chautham constituency for the Samata Party. Since 2010, he has consistently represented the Beldaur Assembly constituency, winning re-election in 2015 and 2020 as a candidate for the Janata Dal (United). He was born in 1948 in the Khagaria district of Bihar.
