Pavel Dimitrov Popov is a Bulgarian politician and philosopher currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the 3rd multi-member constituency of Varna. Before his election to the 52nd National Assembly, he served as the Deputy Mayor of Varna Municipality, where he was responsible for the portfolios of Education and Culture. Popov is a member of the We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria coalition and is recognized for his professional background in philosophy and his multilingual proficiency in English, German, and Russian.
