Pavel Olegovich Kazantsev is a Kazakhstani politician and public figure currently serving as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Born in Tomsk in 1960, he holds degrees from the Tselinograd Civil Engineering Institute and the KGB Higher School. Throughout his career, he has held various administrative and political roles, including serving as Deputy Akim of Astana and holding senior positions within the Nur Otan party (now Amanat). He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Majilis from 2021 to 2023.
