Paweł Sałek is a Polish politician, engineer, and agricultural scientist serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland for the 10th term. He previously held the positions of Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Environment and government plenipotentiary for climate policy from 2015 to 2018. Following his ministerial service, he acted as an advisor to President Andrzej Duda on environmental and climate policy. A specialist in environmental protection, he has extensive experience in public administration and energy management, including roles in the municipal government of Skierniewice and the management of the Radom District Heating Company.
