Phạm Hùng Thắng

Pham Hung Thang is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a Deputy to the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Ha Nam Province. He is a member of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment of the National Assembly and serves as the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Nam. Before entering national politics, he had a career in education and held various administrative positions within the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, including serving as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Block. He holds a degree in pedagogy and advanced political theory.
