Pham Nam Tien is a Vietnamese politician and journalist currently serving as a Standing Member of the Committee for Culture and Education of the National Assembly. Born in 1968 in Ninh Binh, he holds degrees in journalism, political theory, and a Master of Business Administration. Before his legislative career, he served in the military and held various positions in broadcasting and government administration, including roles at Vietnam Television and the Central Internal Affairs Commission. He was elected to the 15th National Assembly representing Dak Nong province in 2021.
