นายภัทรพงษ์ ลีลาภัทร์

Phattarapong Leelaphat is a Thai politician serving as a Member of the House of Representatives for Chiang Mai's 8th constituency. Born in 1990, he holds a degree in civil engineering from Chiang Mai University and a master's degree in structural engineering from the University of Edinburgh and the University of Glasgow. Before entering politics, he worked as an engineer and business owner. A prominent advocate for environmental policy, he is well-known for his efforts to combat PM2.5 air pollution and his work on the Clean Air Act. He previously served with the Move Forward Party before joining the People's Party.
