Philippe Ballard is a French politician and former journalist who has served as a member of the National Assembly for the Oise department since 2022. Before entering politics, he had a long career in broadcasting, notably working for LCI, RTL, and France Info. A member of the National Rally, he previously served as a municipal official in Le Plessis-Trévise and as a regional councillor for Île-de-France. In July 2024, he was elected vice-president of the National Assembly's Committee on Cultural Affairs and Education.
