Philippe Lottiaux

Philippe Lottiaux is a French politician and former high-ranking civil servant who currently serves as a member of the National Assembly for the 4th constituency of the Var. A graduate of the École nationale d'administration, he held various administrative roles in Paris and Levallois-Perret before entering electoral politics. He has been a prominent figure within the National Rally, having previously served as a regional councillor in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and a municipal councillor in Avignon. Beyond his political career, Lottiaux has also performed as a comedian and impersonator under the stage name Philippe Bacart.
