Phipat Ratchakitprakarn is a Thai politician currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and the Minister of Transport. Born in 1955 in Thepha district, Songkhla province, he has held several high-level cabinet positions, including Minister of Tourism and Sports under Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and Minister of Labour in the administrations of Srettha Thavisin and Paetongtarn Shinawatra. He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Political Science from Ramkhamhaeng University and has been honored with the Knight Grand Cordon of the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant and the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand.
