Phúc Bình Niê Kdăm

Phúc Bình Niê Kdăm is a Vietnamese politician and member of the 15th National Assembly representing Dak Lak province. Born in Ea Pok, Krong Buk (now Cu M'gar), Dak Lak, she holds a dual bachelor's degree in Economics and Law, as well as a Master's degree in Public Management and advanced political theory. Throughout her career, she has held various administrative roles in Dak Lak, including working at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, serving as Deputy Head of the Office of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, and acting as Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Dak Lak. She currently serves as the Secretary of the Cu Kuin District Party Committee and as a member of the National Assembly's Social Affairs Committee.
