Polly Neate, Baroness Neate

Polly Neate, Baroness Neate, is a British social policy expert, charity executive, and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2025. Before entering the legislature, she held prominent leadership roles in the charity sector, including serving as the chief executive of Women's Aid and Shelter. Throughout her career, she has been a vocal advocate for social justice, housing rights, and the protection of domestic abuse survivors. She was appointed a CBE in 2020 for her services to the charity sector.
