Praful Patel

Praful Patel is an Indian politician, industrialist, and sports administrator currently serving as a Member of the Rajya Sabha. A long-standing member of the Nationalist Congress Party, he previously held several ministerial portfolios in the Union Cabinet, including Minister of Civil Aviation and Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises. Beyond his political career, he has been a prominent figure in sports administration, notably serving as the president of the All India Football Federation for over a decade and holding senior positions within the Asian Football Confederation and FIFA.
