Pratikno is an Indonesian politician and academic currently serving as the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs. Before his ministerial career, he held significant academic positions, including serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Science and later as the Rector of Gadjah Mada University. He previously served as the Minister and Secretary of State of Indonesia during the Joko Widodo administration from 2014 to 2024. Pratikno holds a degree in public administration from Gadjah Mada University, a master's degree from the University of Birmingham, and a doctoral degree from Flinders University.
